Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Our photos are an accurate representation of each design. On natural stone fixtures, veining and tone vary slightly from piece to piece — that variation is your proof the marble is real, not a printed imitation. Metal and crystal fixtures match the photos closely. If you'd like to see additional images before ordering, just reach out.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every fixture is packed to protect natural stone and glass in transit. In the rare case something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Does it require an electrician to install?
Most fixtures are hardwired and we recommend installation by a licensed electrician for safety and to preserve your warranty. Installation is straightforward for any professional, and each fixture ships with mounting hardware.
What size fixture should I choose?
Size depends on your room dimensions, ceiling height, and placement. Send us your measurements and we'll recommend the right fit — sizing the fixture correctly is the single biggest factor in how the room feels.
Is the light source included, and is it dimmable?
Yes — unless otherwise noted, every fixture includes the required light source. Most are compatible with standard LED dimmers when installed correctly, giving you full control from a soft glow to full brightness.
